Brooklyn Brew Shop started out in the Brooklyn Flea Market in the summer of 2009 to get space-strapped New Yorkers brewing. With the idea that making beer (real beer from real ingredients) can be simple, tasty, and most important, fun, they created stylish, easy-to-use Beer Making Kits designed especially for stove-top brewing and ingredient mixes for seasonally inspired beers. Their goal is to get everyone brewing by simplifying the beer making process without dumbing it down.

Bought kit and was deliveried next day, got an email with instructions emailed sameday as order as they said the download arnt up yet.Value Quality Price
Enjoyed a nice Sunday afternoon brewing this kit, house smelt great during the process.
Easy to do and was ready for bottling 2 weeks later though syphoning took a little practice using water which instructions advised, gravitiy is the key!!!!
after 2 weeks in the bottle put in the fridge for a few days then cracked one open, it tastes GREAT! Best home brew kit i've ever used.
Would like to see more of the refils available!
