Tracking Your Order

When your order is booked in for collection you will receive an automatic email from us with your tracking number on.

You can track and manage your order on the UK Mail website, Click Here to be taken to the UK Mail, Manage My Delivery Page.

To track your order please enter the tracking number from the email you have received from us in the "Consignment / Card Number Box" and then your delivery post code in the Post Code Box on the Manage My Delivery page and then click on "Find My Parcel"

Following this you will see your delivery details and you can manage your delivery from this page.

PLEASE NOTE : Tracking information only appears once the parcel is collected from us and in the UK Mail system. This is usually from early evening on the day of collection but can in some cases be later on that evening. We enter our tracking numbers as soon as we book your order for collection, your order may not leave until the following day depending on the time of order or the volume of orders we have to pack that day.

UK Mail will attempt to delivery your parcel twice automatically and will then hold at their delivering depot for short time whilst you rebook your delivery. Flats and locations with difficult access may not receive attempted delivery cards. If you do not arrange your re-delivery you package maybe returned to us, in this case there will be a re-delivery charge or a refund of the product only.
