Ben Crossman is a cider maker of the old school who produces great tasting cider from a wide range of Somerset cider apple varieties all grown in the vicinity of his farm. This traditional farmhouse sweet cider is a delightful example, with a fruity start and slightly sweet finish. Its naturally fermented and smooth tasting. A good 'all round' cider.
