Great Heck Brewery - Yakima IPA
A west coast style IPA, this beer is brewed without using any bittering hops, all the hop aroma and flavours coming from late hop additions during the boil and dry hopping in the fermenting vessel.
Deeply golden in colour, this American style IPA balances a rich malt backbone with intense, fruity hop flavours from the prodigious additions of late hops as well as being dry hopped during fermentation.
