Trappiste de Rochefort are top-fermented, bottle-conditioned beers, brewed within the Saint-Rémy Abbey in Rochefort, Belgium. Rochefort 8 is a yellowish-brown colour, with more fruits and a slight amount of Demi-Sec. This variety constitutes the largest proportion of production at Rochefort.
