Red Celtic Bitter with Cinnamon & Orange

Aroma - orange, melon and honey.
Palate - full-bodied malt, sweet nut with cinnamon and orange.
Finish - bitter and citrus with marmalade and mild spice.

Designed to accompany duck, pheasant and other light game dishes. Also, tajines and mousakka. Combines well with mature hard cheeses such as cheddar or manchego.

Discovery is the premium collection of Atlantic Brewery's Fine Dining Ales developed with Cornwall’s Michelin starred chef NATHAN OUTLAW.

We have developed our range of four Discovery ales specifically to match particular food dishes. Based on our standard four beers, we brew them a little stronger (5.5%) and add carefully selected ‘botanicals’. These ingredients compliment both the beer and the food, and so enhance the matching.
