Details
The Ellezelloise brewery produces five regular beers, a blond and an amber ale, and a hardy Belgian stout. All of them are made in small batches and are lagered for ten days in German oak casks. They are strong, full-bodied, and very satisfying
Pours a thick hazy dirty blond color with a thick sticky head of tiny bubbles that hangs on. Nose is fruity and funky, candied red apples and some citrus with a rustic earthiness that adds complexity. Malt and yeast aroma with some breadiness and light spice. Floral crisp dry hoppy and sweet honey taste.
