The Ellezelloise brewery produces five regular beers, a blond and an amber ale, and a hardy Belgian stout. All of them are made in small batches and are lagered for ten days in German oak casks. They are strong, full-bodied, and very satisfying

Pours a cloudy, dark copperish hue, with a nice frothy, beige beer head quickly settling down to a wafer-thin layer of foam. Moderate carbonation. Slightly sourly-sweet fruit upfront with a touch of candy-sugar; exotic yeasty note and a deeper malty note sustains underneath; after swirling, a more pronounced aroma of fruit-esters reveals, along with a perfumy fig fruity note.
